AGM/DGM - Finance - Retail

We are looking for a AGM/DGM- Finance for one of the Company based in Mumbai,

Job Description:

- New Store assessment / approval

- Assessment for renovations / renewal of agreements / cost protection

- Assessments for plan lesser profitability stores (- 20% CBA stores) and tracking stop loss and action for new/annualised stores

- Collections Management with increased complexity - Multiple Banks, EDC, Omni channel.

- IRR template which will enable business to evaluate a financial proposal for new stores / new formats, and simulate impact of changes.

- Build a complete retail database and MIS, monthly profitability review with Retail team and action tracker

- Track actual performance of stores against IRR commitment on a monthly basis.

- Discuss low performing / loss making stores with Retail on feasibility of early exit.

- Set up a comprehensive COMPLIANCE PROCESSES IN RETAIL including Commercial audit execution, shrinkage control, incentive policy, etc

- Capex Approvals for other spends

- Franchisee connect and scorecard, Franchisee Agreements and BG, and renewals of agreements.

- Zonal Commercial Management.

- Monthly Review and MIS

- Automations to be undertaken in Retail related process through Filenet
