A leading infrastructure client of VNR is looking for AGM/DGM finance for Delhi location. Job description : 1) Project Funding / Disbursement / Compliance of Sanction Terms 2) Project Appraisal / Financial modeling / Business Modelling / Forecasting 3) PE/FDI/EQUITY related - Due diligence etc. 4) Corporate restructuring / Co-Developers structure / Mergers/demergers 5) Investor related financial support 6) Credit ratings 7) Revenue realization -Rentals/FMS/Electrical/DG power etc. Timely billing / realization Bills raising. 8) Follow up of Loan applications with Banks 9) Monitoring of application of funds 10) Monitoring of non-fund based facilities 11) Support in Treasury Functions and Finance MIS 12) Any other responsibility, as advised by HOD 13) Good Communication and excellent Computer Skills i.e. Advance Excel, MS Excel, Powerpoint and MS Word. 14) 9 to 15 years of experience. 15) MBA / or equivalent in Finance. 16) Location - Delhi.
