Position: AGM / DGM - Finance

Location: Mumbai, India

Industry: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional as AGM / DGM - Finance, based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management within the FMCG sector, with expertise in ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and monitor financial and accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Take charge of overall accounting functions including product cost analysis, inventory management, and intercompany receivables.

- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

- Drive financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

- Facilitate financial mobility of the production unit by providing strategic financial guidance.

- Generate and analyse Throughput Reports to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is must.

- Minimum of 8-12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably within the FMCG industry.

- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, with hands-on experience in implementation and utilization.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Proven ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
