Financial Analyst - AGM / DGM

- MBA - Fin/CA/ICWA or any equivalent PG in Finance

- About 10 -14 Years of experience in Financial analyst role, with pharma industry

- Possessing experience in Market/competitor intelligence (Financial perspective),

- Preparation of Monthly Performance, Cost Centre Reports, Variance Analysis and Monthly Performance Results, reporting to the Regional Manager.

- Tracking financial performance and supporting monthly P&L reviews and helping monitor Financial Targets.

- Analysing and updating key underlying assumptions.

- Drive and support preparation of Annual budgets and Strategic plan. -

- Forecasting Brand Sales and Demand through collaboration with finance stakeholders and Supply Chain team.

- Reporting and Analysis of Monthly FTE for Region with over 10 countries. -

- Business Partnering and liaising with stakeholders on Pre-closing and Closing activities -

- Analysis of Price, Volume, Mix and Stock in trade reports at Brand/Country level.

- Estimate operating performance for the upcoming quarter and year and inform management on the progress and effectiveness of the company's strategic plans and investments and enable management to communicate with external stakeholders.

- Coordinate with demand planners, business development team to understand the forecast & demand projections and prepare Business plans.
