Roles and Responsibilities

1. Managing Service Level Agreement, Service Delivery, end to end account management, driving profitability of the entire business

2. Responsible for Month End Reporting. Overseeing the day to day functioning of the migrated functions, including people management, task prioritization, issue resolution, service delivery etc

3. Maintaining regular communication with client and on shore team. Work in business partnership with onshore team to address any escalations, service delivery and SLA"s

4. Analyzing business needs and spearheading initiatives regarding process improvements and process re-engineering for F & A Division

5. Support in responding to RFI , RFP responses / proposals and creating solutions for client opportunities

6. Supporting BID as an F&A SME for prospective clients

7. Transition & Migration for finance processes

8. Responsible for implementing and the continuous review of procedures to ensure best practice and increased efficiency.

9. Candidate should be willing to travel.
