Looking for AGM/DGM Finance & Accounts (CA Mandatory) for Electronic Media company

- Well versed with all the accounting standards, revised schedule VI requirements.

- Strong in finalisation of accounts including calculation of deferred tax, ESOP, Cash Flow.

- Well versed in direct and indirect taxation mainly Income Tax and Service tax.

- Experience of fund raising through debt / equity.

- Well versed with bank dealings including preparation of projected reports and CMA Data.

- Budgeting & forecasting
