AGM/DGM - Exports - Chemicals Industry

Job Description:

Looking for an experience candidate from Chemicals (Sales and Marketing) domain for one of the leading manufacturing industry.

Experience : 10+ years (from Electroplating, Anodizing, Phosphating, Powder Coating, ED Coating ) etc.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Coordination with dealers and distributers for sales values and volumes to build up new geographical areas and to develop business in this regions.

2. Major geographic regions of work to include South America, North America, Europe & Far East Asia.

3. Analyzing market requirements to identify process needs

4. Lead conversions from competitors by analyzing best suitable product as replacement from our profile

5. Follow up on orders & payments

6. Supervision of sales and after sales service support to customers

7. Achievement of area-wise targets and development of new business.

Key Skills:

1. Presentation Skills

2. Experience in Domestic and International sales and technical support

3. Effective Communication

4. Technical Know-How of electroplating is must.

5. Working knowledge of MS Office

6. Interpersonal Skills

Qualification:

B.Sc. or M.Sc. (Chemistry)/ B.E. Chemicals. Management Degree or Diploma is an added advantage
