- Provide support to all manufacturing teams and manage efficient integration of workflow. Ensure compliance with all schedule for machines and facilities and assist in installation of all equipment's. - Ensure 100% compliance with factory requirements, product requirements & system requirements (Quality Standards & HSE policies with zero accident & other statutory compliances, systems and processes). - Responsible for implementing manufacturing strategy and strategic operational goals to exceed customer expectations for product quality, cost and delivery, maximizing efficiency, optimizing production levels and driving operational excellence. - Create and implement best practice manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve Motor & Controller business performance. - Ensure that manufacturing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality, and delivery targets and which enables the business to function and compete effectively in the market. - Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders, regarding technical support for activities, striving for best-in-class products and business practices to deliver to the customer's expectations, managing teams and projects. - Lead and Motivate team to achieve organizational Goals by mapping competencies of team members and provide guidance and develop them as per requirement to achieve the objectives. - Continual interaction and communication with Sourcing, Quality, TAA Partner and Sales team for effective operations . - Develop and manage master production schedule and operations budgets for products to directly support and ensure that the product is delivered to agreed cost, quality, and timeline. - Implement a customer focused operational culture delivering world class customer service levels. - Coordinate team activities to optimize cost performance of the plant through optimizing operating working capital usage and minimizing waste through the development of a continuous improvement culture encompassing lean principles and clear strategic development. - To excel in lean manufacturing practices, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, TQM and PROPEL. - To support product development activities along with NPCD team like homologation - To drive PPAP, APQP, customer approval & adherence to QMS processes. Candidate Profile : 1. Education & Professional Qualification - B.E. Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering 2. Knowledge/ Experience - 15-20 yrs. of experience in manufacturing operations Desirable : - Manufacturing of EV - Motor & Controller. - People and team management. - Good Analytical Skills, Strategic Ability, Leadership skills, Planning & Organizing, - Knowledge of Manufacturing Excellence and manufacturing practices, Statutory /Legal compliance.
