Duties & Responsibilities :

- Good Communication skills (vertical and horizontal).

- Personal lead and team management experience.

- Good organizational skills, project management experience

- Expertise on design & development based on MATLAB & embedded software development topologies.

- Proactive, agile, target oriented (building of a new team and competences)

Candidate's Profile :

- B.E. Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication with 15+ years of exp.

- 10 + Years of core Software/Firmware development experience

- Knowledge on complete Construction Equipment/Automotive E&E architecture

- Flexible towards changes in priorities, sense of urgency and focus on results.

- Ability to work independently and in a team, self-driven initiatives.

Required Skill :

- Extensive experience in MATLAB with exposure to Simulink & Stateflow development

- Must display strong skills with respect to Requirement understanding, requirement analysis

- Control System development experience eg: Close loop/PID

- Experience in performing MIL & SIL for model's design

- Experience in Auto Code generation using Embedded Coder

- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as J1939, UDS CAN, etc.

- Domain preferable mostly Automotive or Off-Highway

- Should have strong written & oral communication skills

- Must be a good team player but also shall be capable of handling tasks individually

- Programming: Embedded C++/C /ASM, Embedded Linux

- Architecture: ARM, x51,x86,PIC, STM 32

- Development Tools: Eclipse, Code warrior, Keil ,MPLAB , Matlab , Simulink etc.

- Embedded Operating Systems: VxWorks and Qnx (RTOS), Linux

- Driver Development: CAN (J1939 protocol), I2C, SPI, UART, TCP/IP, AEMP/MQTT/ UDP, FLASH.

- Test Environment - INCA, Open Loop Labcar and Close Loop Labcar, d-Space, Canalyzer, Canoe.CAPL, NI tool sets

- Configuration Management: Clear Case/Clear Quest, SVN, Team-Center, DOORS, JIRA.

- Development methodologies - Waterfall and Agile (Scrum).
