Role Entails ;
To understand the brand & campaign objectives and implement & amplify the objectives by way of TV/Digital/Print/Radio/Other media. To craft the media strategy for the brand in line with the objectives. To liaise with Media agency, and media partners, in executing media plans and properties, and constantly looking for innovative ways of building brand presence and build brand strength.
The role involves managing media planning activities for the brand nationally, for the Digital medium. The role is responsible for the rollout of all national brand campaigns, media property associations as well as driving digital strategy. The role also involves closely managing the day-to-day relationship with the Media Agency & external media partners.
Alongside this, the role involves consulting circles (Emerging) on their media plans across media (Print, Radio, Digital) and ensure the budgets are utilized most effectively and efficiently.
Also candidate is expected to have below experience ;
1. Champion the digital media as part of brand & campaign initiatives
2. In-depth understanding of all digital verticals (search, social, web display, mobile & video) - can simplify and explain to senior management/ digital non savvy stakeholders and can aid in taking informed decisions
3. Understands the technology and aligns internal stakeholders, works with IBM/ tech partners, aids CMO in taking right investment decisions wrt digital measurement
4. Keeps himself/ herself abreast of all the latest platforms & formats available, is continually ahead of the curve
5. Continually explores innovations in the digital media for brand and ensures our client has a high presence in all digital awards
6. Is Google ad-word certified
7. Make digital work for direct business results - performance led plans
8. Regular MIS & Reports of all digital plans across KPIs for optimization of campaigns
9. Monitor, Optimize & Evaluate digital campaigns 24- 7, continually take decisions to change the plans on the go as per results & learnings
10. Evaluate sponsorships in the digital medium and make it work for the brand and complement the offline activities
