Job Purpose :
- To conceptualize, plan and manage website user journey tracking and marketing automation for company Group websites, setup and build the journey tracking systems and customer data platforms, and create / deploy / test / analyze automation use cases to continuously improve user experience, website performance, and lead quantity (conversions) and quality (data accuracy and completeness) improvement.
- Conceptualize use cases for CDP deployment
- Manage content production related to user journey automation
- Channel and platform consolidation
- Manage service providers and deployment agencies
- Report journey analytics
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with marketing and brand teams to identify and create user journey automation use cases
- Build a data management structure, dashboards, and governance strategy
- Digital lead conversion, user journey management, and channel performance tracking
- Identify, build, and manage new marketing channels in the digital space
- Work with agencies / internal teams / freelancers to implement journey actions
- Work with Agency, IT and Developer teams to build associated content and features
- Manage, report, and build dashboards for CDP use case performance, track and optimize them
- Improve customer data quality and profiling
- Consolidate platforms and channels for efficiencies and cost savings
