- Experience in business development for building projects in Asian countries such as Bangladesh & Myanmar

- Extensive knowledge of tendering process, Geography of the countries and competition in the market

- BE Civil is must

Role : 

- Identifying potential customers, fishing for the projects

- Tender preparation,

- Handling Competition mapping

- Rate analysis management

- Liaison with concern authority

- Maintaining good rapport
