AGM/DGM - Advance Engineering & Innovation - Electric Vehicles

- 15+ years of experience in the R&D function.

- Exposure of vehicle development projects

- Experience in working with teams to innovate and build high quality products.

- Knowledge and experience of product development and systems integration.

- Experience in working and liaison with universities.

- Exposure to software requirement generation.

- Working experience on digital technology development.

- Generated new growth breakthrough opportunities through product development & program management.

- Demonstrated leadership in driving processes for new product development, value engineering, innovation and product development.

- Experience in Electric vehicles, alternate propulsion platform.

- Exposure to hydraulic systems, electric integration.

- Understanding of vehicle dynamics and structural integrity.

- Understanding of simulation and software.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Developing new products, system integrations, services or processes and concepts incorporating new technology.

- Support in in conceptualizing and leading the design, build, development, testing and validation of product and technology.

- Identifying emerging technologies in line with organisation objectives.

- Acquire customers internally and define the project deliverables in conjunction with technology targets.

- Responsible for policy deployment goals and strategic plan execution as it applies to the product development function.

- Conducting user research to understand how customer interact with technology and identify area of improvement.

- Managing projects from concept through to completion, including planning, execution and monitoring.

- Collaborating with external partner and vendors to develop and implement technology solutions.

- Developing and managing budget.

- Championing the company's culture and core values (teams, continuous improvement, performance measurement, integrity, and personal responsibility).

Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering/Technology; preferably with a Master from a premier institute.
