AGM / DGM - Accounts Payable Reporting to: GM Accounts Payable Academic Qualification: CA/CMA/ICWA Responsibilities: - Looking for an expert in accounts payable who can manage the entire process of Accounts Payable. - Managing Accounts Payable principles, accounting standards, and industry regulations. - Oversee the timely processing of invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. - Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices and payments - Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes - Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial information to management. - Identify opportunities for process improvements - Manage Integral/ external audit support - Reconciles account transactions. - Stays updated on regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting. Work Experience Preferred : - Worked in the payable department and managed Accounts Payable team. - Experience in vendor management. - Should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and perfection. - Have the ability to work under pressure with a professional behavior - Knowledge of TDS, GST, Compliances - Knowledge of SAP - Good analytical skills - Good communication skills
