AGM/DGM - Accounts - IT

One of our Fortune 500 clients is scouting for AGM/DGM - Accounts and this positions is gonna be based out of Noida.

Proposed Designation : AGM/DGM level

Qualifications :

B.Com, CA (Must)

Desirable : Diploma in Computer applications,

Experience :

- 13 -16 years rich experience in an IT Software/IT Hardware/E-commerce industry handling similar responsibilities

Broad job description and responsibilities :

- Very Good knowledge of Indian GAAP, Revenue recognition

- Good knowledge to formulate and streamline accounting process & procedure

- Good knowledge of internal audit, internal control system

- Preparing of Financial Statements as per Indian GAAP

- Good knowledge of Income tax, Customs Act., service tax

- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to guide a team of 5 persons including manager level

- Knowledge in IFRS

Skills :

- Result oriented, decision making, problem solving, Good inter personal & analytical skills

- Proficiency in MS Office specially Excel, knowledge of SAP ByD

- Ability to interact with peers, consultants, Project managers
