A leading apparel and home furnishings export house is hiring for the profile of AGM / DGM - Accounts & Finance.

Location: Gurgaon (6 days working)

Experience: 10+ years

Qualifications and Skills:

- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant

- Proven experience in financial management with Manufacturing Export House, with a focus on fundraising, banking, insurance, and cash flow management.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as advanced knowledge of MS Excel and knowledge of related Softwares

Job Summary:

The AGM/DGM of Accounts & Finance will play a pivotal role in the Financial Management of the organization, with a primary focus on fundraising, financial planning, banking operations, corporate insurance, and cash flow projections. This position requires a strategic thinker with proven expertise in financial management, preferably from Manufacturing Export House.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fundraising:

- Develop and execute strategies to raise funds for the organization's expansion, capital projects, and operational needs.

- Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders to secure funding opportunities.

2. Financial Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans aligned with the company's growth objectives.

- Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and provide strategic recommendations for effective financial management.

3. Banking Operations:

- Oversee all banking activities, including Account Management, Transactions, and Reconciliations.

- Ensure Compliance with Banking Regulations, implement efficient banking processes, and optimize the use of financial instruments.

4. Corporate Insurance:

- Head the Corporate Insurance Domain, Manage Insurance Policies, Renewals, Claims Processing, and Risk Assessments.

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization through comprehensive insurance coverage.

5. Cash Flow Projections:

- Develop and maintain accurate cash flow projections to support working capital management.

- Analyze cash flow patterns, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize cash resources efficiently.

6. Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports, statements, and analyses.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards in financial reporting practices.

7. Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

- Provide guidance on financial matters, promote collaboration, and contribute to the professional development of team members.
