AGM - Design - Public Health Engineering

- Ensures/Assures that all design activities are managed via multi-party, coordinated Design Quality Management plans Liaising with contractors and consultant and ensuring smooth flow of project execution within the given time frame

- Experience in design and execution of Public Health Engg., storm water, rain water harvesting, water supply, drainage ,STP,WTP, Fire protection and Pumping systems etc. and conversant with relevant Statutory, Regulatory requirements etc.

- Familiar with NBC guidelines, LEED requirements

- Design, Review , Execution of Public Health Engg, storm water, rain water harvesting, water supply, drainage ,STP,WTP, Fire protection and Pumping systems etc.

- Finalizing requirements and specifications of services as guidelines to consultants as per project need

- Design coordination with consultants, architects, contractors, management & venders

- Review of consultant’s design and value engineering in terms of cost and best suitable technical option.

- Evaluation of BOQs and technical specifications for listed services

- Knowledge about the best equipment installation practices and their commissioning checklists

- Preparation of budget from conceptual stage to final stage for services & tracking of the same

- Exposure to various kind of projects viz Residential, Commercial, Retail, IT, Mixed Development, etc,.

- Ensuring the co-ordination among various departments before finalizing the contract.

- Liaising with various contractors in Technical and Commercial negotiations.
