Job Specification : Position : AGM/DGM - Treasury Location : Noida Qualification : MBA - Full Time / CA (Qualified) Experience : 15+ years of industry experience Key Competencies : Leadership Skill, Problem Solving approach Compensation : Commensurate with qualification and experience Position Overview : - This position reports to the CFO and interacts with other functional areas of Treasury, Project Finance, Fundraising, Corporate Accounting, Tax, Payables and Receivables, Audit. - The candidate must have strong communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to lead a team of Treasury professionals and cross-functional teams. - Candidate must be analytical and possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Duties and Responsibilities : - Manage all cash management functions including cash concentration, wires, account funding. Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short term excess cash. - Manage inter-company cash, including inter-company lending, dividends, and capital injections. - Forecast worldwide interest expense and income. - Indian cash management banking and financial institution relationships. - Negotiate bank and service fees. Implement new bank technologies, products and services to improve cash cycle and simplify company operations. - Delivering optimum utilization of funds by taking decisions on type of instruments and stipulating investment strategies. - Managing Group Working Capital and Term Loan requirements for both short term and long term. - Heading Banking and Finance to ensure funds at right time to all business verticals - Support long term capital markets activities, including public debt financings. Prior experience with bank and debt capital markets and documentation a plus, but opportunity to learn for right candidate. - Support share repurchase program. - Participate in matters relating to pension plan accounting, funding, actuarial valuations, governance, and other corporate issues related to investments of Indian plans. - Support leasing analysis and pricing. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures. Develop and monitor treasury operational policies. Qualifications &amp; Experience : - CA/MBA with 15+ years- an all-round experience of which 10+ years- in a Leadership position, preferably in a manufacturing company; - Strong first-hand exposure to, and in-depth experience in, all areas of the Treasury Function; - Must have the Leadership qualities and the potential consistent with the growth objectives of the Company and the ability to make a significant contribution to its Vision and Mission.
