Our client is an NBFC headquartered in Kolkatta with large operations and is looking for AGM Corporate HR. This position will be based out of Kolkatta and will report directly to the Head HR. Incumbent will be assisted by a team of 2-3 Managers / Asst. Managers (Direct Reporting) and 4 Executives (Skip/Indirect). Broadly the main responsibilities entail:
1. Design & Implementation of HR policies and processes
2. End to end responsibilities for PMS for the whole organization.
3. Talent Management i.e. Assessment Centres, Talent review Roundtables, Feedback, Action Planning, Potential Assessment etc.
4. Employee Engagement, Employee Satisfaction Surveys, Action plans
5. Compensation & Benefits Management including HRIS, Payroll & Statutory Compliances
6. Learning & development.
Incumbent will be required to liase with senior leadership team, create buy in for smooth implementation of HR processes and influence all stakeholders to drive the HR agenda and make this organization an employer of choice.
Preference will be given to candidates with MBA HR (full time) with minimum 8 years experience in Financial Services sector.
Salary range: 15 - 18 LPA
