- The incumbent shall come on board and lead the company's core corporate affairs and CSR initiatives across its East India zone. The position is a part of the Corporate Affairs &amp; CSR function which drives the entire business in a regulatory framework. - This shall be an leadership role, managing one of the key zone of the country - East Zone. This zone comprises of West Bengal, Orissa, Jharkhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Sikkim, Meghalaya and Tripura, Since Bihar, Mizoram and Manipur are dry states, hence not included. - The objective is enable and create a sustainable ecosystem where the company can smoothly operate and run the business successfully through liaising with different stakeholders for influencing policy making and other business environment at both State and Central level thus ensuring the protection of the Company's interests vis-- -vis ongoing legislation and support continued growth of business. Reports to: Zonal VP (East Zone) and VP Corporate Affairs &amp; CSR Reportees: Government Relations Manager QUALIFICATION: Post-graduate with 15+ years of experience in the CPG industry - senior responsibility in Sales operations of region(s) with substantial experience in dealing with Government/ Corporations EXPERIENCE: - Proven track record of Should have ability to represent company in policy making bodies of the Central/ State government &amp; regulatory bodies - Ability to effectively guide/motivate the business (field) teams - Analytical ability: analyze market &amp; competition data &amp; key influencers; Ability to work around with Rates etc - Ability to liaise at all levels internally and externally- - Good administrative skills
