AGM - Contracts - Construction

- Assisting and guiding where possible either during pre-tender, post tender or during the currency of the projects.

- Monitoring and managing the contract administrators from all project sites centrally from regional office.

- Assisting in the pre tender reviews to eliminate any contractual risks during the tender submission process.

- Elimination of risks and preparation of risk mitigation plans for both pre and post contracts.

- Avoidance of dispute resolution via amicable and agreeable contract condition

- Successful claims on all ongoing projects which are due for credit.

- Drafting of contractual letters by establishing the facts based upon records and counter replies vice versa.

- Regular meetings with clients and subcontractors to resolve any outstanding dispute resolutions.

- Handling arbitration and any other legal matters as and when arise

- Managing, guiding and coordinating with in house as well as external solicitors for all court proceedings.

- Delivery of successful preparation of Statement of Claims, Statement of Defense / Rejoinder, Replies to counter claims, Invocation of arbitration notice, Section 9 etc.,

- Heading Contracts Department in a regional business turnover of more than 1000 Crores with projects
