Urgently hiring AGM - Compliance for top Housing Finance in Delhi/Gurugram.

We are looking out for MBA/CA/CS/ICWA candidates with 10+years of experience.

Function: Compliance

- Assisting in setting up the Compliance framework

- Defining the annual compliance risk assessment framework

- Informing management about latest regulatory updates and its impact

- Ensuring implementation of new regulatory guidelines

- Manage relationship with regulators and stakeholders

- Vetting of various internal policies and processes

- Ensuring compliances to KYC, AML guidelines

- Vetting of ideas/ products and complex structures from regulatory perspective and periodically revising the compliance plan in light of changes

- Monitoring the implementation of the compliance program

- Providing strategic direction to the management team on compliance.

- Coordinating internal compliance review and monitoring activities, including periodic reviews of departments.

- Supporting Regulatory Inspection

- Creating Board Dashboards and MIS

- Creating learning and training modules for relevant stakeholders on compliance matter

- Any other matter as may be assigned from time to time by the Chief Compliance Officer
