AGM - Commercial & Credit Control - Infra & Power Sector

Responsibilities :

To lead the Fund and Receivables management of both Infra and Power EPC businesses by designing, improving and deploying appropriate systems and processes across Cash Flow management, Non Fund Limits; to ensure end to end projects/ Bid evaluation processes both from Cash and margin perspective and risk management perspective and to deploy derisking measures through entire project term till completion of O&M and retention period.

Qualifications & other Skills :

- CA or B.Tech/B.E with MBA(finance full time) from Tire 1, 2 institutes with minimum 10 years post qualification experience in Commercial / Receivables / Credit Control role

- Experience across all functions within Finance of which Commercial / AR / Credit Control role must be substantial and atleast one business finance experience is desirable

- Practical experience of project evaluation and risk management in Infra/EPC Projects

- Experience of handling LCs/BGs for Customers and LCs/FLCs for vendors

- Team handing exposure
