AGM - Business Development - Warehouse Leasing

This is regarding an AGM - Business Development role in Mumbai - Would prefer Female candidates for this role.

The primary responsibilities include:

1. Prior experience in leasing and sales of commercial and warehousing space particularly involving ecommerce co's like Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc

2. Managing rollouts of business requirements starting from building strategy, sourcing and evaluation of properties, legal documentation of properties, Ensuring effective store design that adheres to world class standards

3. Must have experience of handling deals in warehousing solutions for large boxes pan India and well conversant with local environment in major metro and Tier II cities. Ecommerce exp preferred.

4. Must have legal awareness required for the due diligence of such deals and should be able to close transactions in close coordination with Legal,

5. Must have knowledge of basic warehouse industry on building specifications, trucking and storage requirements and commercial terms.

6. People's manager with good communication skills, he shall need to do a lot of internal stakeholder management.
