AGM/AVP - Presales - Retail BPO

This is for a well known BPO

Looking for AGM/AVP Presales for retail domain.

Position is equivalent to head in other organizations.

CTC is not a constraint.

- Bid management, preparing for meetings and tailoring communications. Should understand Retail. well versed with industry

-15 - 20 years of Experience in Pre-sales and solution with relevant exp in a BPO/BPM/KPO format.

- Delivery exposure along with presale will be helpfull.

- Good exposure in retail domain presales.

- Preparation of proposals and pitch presentations in response to clients needs identified by Sales team

- Exposure to contact center diagnostic opportunities

- Lead responses/solution to RFI / RFQ / RFPs, Lead solution defense pitches

- Lead, Coordinate client visits to various Company locations
