We are having assignment for Senior HR professional in a leading company based out of Delhi

Position: AGM/ AVP

Location: Gurgaon/ Delhi

Industry: Construction/ Infra/ Any

Experience: 20-25 years in Corporate HR function

Compensation: 40-50 Lacs

Expertise in following areas

- Ensure organization design and role changes aligned with HR policies, SOPs and requirements.

- Execute change management and communication plans in connection with the business transformation program.

- Performance management, Employee engagement, OD interventions, OD designing, Project management,

- Ensure a systemic and integrated approach to Human Resource solutions working closely with the Senior management .
