AGM - Architecture - Real Estate

Warburttons a leadership search organisation is retained to identify a strategic and experienced AGM Architecture for a dynamic and innovative real estate development organisation dedicated to creating exceptional spaces that enrich communities and redefine urban landscapes.

As a AGM Architecture you will manage the below responsibility:

- Architectural Design: Lead the architectural design process for assigned projects, including concept development, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.Evolving the design along with the Design Architect to ensure Company's vision and design brief.

- Project Management: Manage one or more projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in architectural principles, building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methodologies. Apply sustainable design practices to optimize building performance and minimize environmental impact.

- Quality Assurance: Review project drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards. Conduct site visits and inspections to verify construction progress and quality.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture and real estate development. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.

A successful applicant should have:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Atleast 12 years of experience in architectural design and project management. Strong Design Consultancy background- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex real estate projects, preferably in residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in leading a project independently
