JOB PURPOSE:
To support the head of the department in marketing the airport in an effort to increase passenger traffic by bringing in more airlines and enhancing connectivity through hub operations and point-to-point traffic.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Route Development - International - identify unserved routes/routes that require more frequency/ aircraft upgradation/networking Alliances and Code Shares
Hub Development - International - hub and spoke schedules alignment with international carriers / Benchmarking.
Stakeholder Management - International Carriers - internal on airport premises / external on potential new entrants
Team Development - IATA/ ACI trainings/ Airport IS
Special Projects - MoT interests / Visa on Arrivals
Special Projects - Incentive program / regulatory understanding/ MIS for management.
Marketing/ Promotion Program - International & Domestic External event management and managing expectations of airlines by providing marketing support and promote new flights and
initiatives
Strategic Initiatives - Functional: Long Haul Flights, Red Eye Flights, Hub Development, etc
Cross Functional - Increase Non-Regulated Revenue
