Job Description :

- Working knowledge of SAP

- Handling Assessment of Service Tax & VAT

- Follow for Service Tax refund for non-existence of tax liability.

- Ensure timely online payment and filling of ST & VAT return.

- Handle Internal / Management Auditors on a Six monthly basis, then coordination with all Department for Bangalore Branch with replies and comments.

- Handle Branch Statutory Audit with comments and inputs on new Companies Act, 2013.

- Prepare Company wise monthly Budgeted Cash Flow with Sales, Collection and Cost estimates.

- Prepare Project profitability for the purpose of FDI partner.

- Online checking of Allotment Letters, Applications and MOU's and ensure applicability of taxes for SAP entry.

- Applicability of VAT and ST as per recent changes on Purchases and Contractors bills and defining Tax Structure before finalization of Work Contract.

- Making Demand Notices and per-final Tax Invoices on the Customers on current and possession demands.

- Preparation customer PPT and Outstanding report for discussion in monthly Management meeting with important discussion issues.

- Customer interest waiver monitoring and resolving customer issues on taxation. Keeping interest tracking on non-allotted customers.

- Keeping tack on BG and LC.

- Making Site visits and having control on FA verification on need basis.

- Fund flow control for branch payments.
