Your Impact includes:

- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to support strategic decision-making.

- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast the company's financial performance, including revenue, expenses, cash flow, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to develop annual budgets and long-range financial plans, providing insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and drive profitability.

- Monitor and analyse financial results against budget, forecast, and prior year performance, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

- Conduct financial analyses and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives, such as new product launches, pricing decisions, and capital investments.

- Provide decision support to business units and departments, assisting with financial analysis, performance measurement, and goal setting.

- Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial planning and analysis processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with accounting and other functional teams to ensure alignment between financial reporting and analysis activities.

- Manage and develop a team of financial analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and training to support their professional growth and performance.

We'd love to hear from people with:

- Financial Planning Experience: We're looking for individuals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate finance or FP&A role.

- Educational Background: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

- Technical Proficiency: Experience with financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques is essential, along with proficiency in financial planning software and ERP systems.
