YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: - Building mutual respect with, and develop a highly-motivated, collaborative, client-focused and high-performing delivery team - Demonstrating continuous improvement of the team and its individual members, and highlight where strengthening and change is required - Working closely with the Product Owners to help ensure that the benefits and value of changes are understood and realised by the business and the Scrum Team/Squad - Regularly reviewing the team size and make-up and work with Chapter leads to recruit new members where appropriate - Ensuring team is working to an agreed mission aligned to strategic business objectives THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: - Demonstrate a background of working in Agile delivery teams with experience of different methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban etc. and tooling such as Jira and Confluence etc. - Experience working with an asset management financial organisation is a plus. - Experience working in cross functional teams - Experience contributing to, and achieving, continuous improvement goals - Communicate effectively and clearly even when under pressure. - Engage confidently with stakeholders and communicate project information in a clear way, including when communicating difficult messages. - Facilitate meetings and workshops with people from all levels of seniority, without bias. - Communicate, promote and coach the use of agile and lean methodologies to the team and relevant/interested stakeholders.
