Agile Project Manager - Innovation Lab

Client seeks a highly motivated Agile Project Manager for its “Innovation Lab” based in Bangalore. “Innovation Lab” works with Innovation Lab in Silicon Valley to develop leading edge innovative products in the space of cloud, security, analytics and mobility to support our clients.

The Agile Project Manager will be part of a core team that leads one or more product development streams following Lean Agile process. As the Agile Project Manager you’ll lead cross-functional teams to iteratively deliver complex and global-scaled products. As an Agile Guru, you’ll manage the success of each iteration and challenge your team to refine processes to increase efficiencies and deliver well-polished, working software every iteration. Your skills will be utilized to coach development team members and broaden the organization’s delivery practices.

Responsibilities:

- You’ll be responsible for the delivery of the product managing fast paced and tightly knit team

- You’ll partner with development teams to deliver project objectives through iterative delivery

- You’ll collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to implement best practices

- You’ll contribute to continuous improvement and drive product quality and engineering velocity

- You’ll perform peer to peer coaching, training and mentoring to improve process competencies teams

- You value engineering process and possess a drive for continuous improvement

- You believe in automation and are competent to make best use of continuous delivery tools in agile setting

- You possess excellent team-building and leadership skills

- You have 10+ years of relevant experience.

- You have minimum education of an undergraduate degree in engineering discipline
