- 10-12 years of experience managing Agile software development projects - Strong relationship building and collaboration skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Extremely well organized, analytical, detail-oriented and quality-minded - Experience managing organizational process changes - Scrum Master certification - Very experienced with JIRA and Confluence tooling - Experience using JellyFish a plus Role & Responsibilities : - As an Agile Program Manager at Employ, you will help to usher in One Employ way of working that brings together our global R&D organization. - You will be responsible for managing multiple projects and scrum teams locally, while also acting as a catalyst to more closely align our teams around the world. - Initially you will work within the broader R&D Operations team as you support the PMO Lead in building a local Program Management Organization. - Coordinate schedules among several Agile projects and teams and manage dependencies. - Act as Scrum Master for one or more teams, organizing and/or facilitating daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives and driving resolution of impediments in partnership with Engineering Managers.
