Agile Coach - Retail/Consumer Goods Domain - Global Consulting Firm

At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.

Our client, a global consulting firm, is looking for an Agile Coach to join them on a project with a retail client.

Responsibilities:

- The agile coach will be responsible for training, adoption and implementation of agile methodologies for this project.

Requirements:

- Candidates with agile coaching and implementation experience within retail/consumer goods companies would be preferred.

- It is a client-facing role and hence demands strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills and the ability to work effectively in remote teams.

This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 3 month full-time contract. While the project team is based out of Singapore, this global project is being run remotely, no travel is necessary until COVID-19 restrictions allow for on-site co-located teams.
