- Perform diagnostics in R&D teams and derive Agile coaching plan for deployment
- Facilitate organizational level planning for transformation and work with various R&D teams across different Business Units and Business Lines and deploy Agile cultural transformation.
- Facilitate PI planning and Risk roaming workshops with the Agile deployment teams
- Provide Hands-on coaching to applicable roles ( Scrum Master, PO, Team, RTE, System team, Engineering and product management teams) in Scrum ceremonies, SAFe, behavioral & cultural change.
- Lead the Scaled Agile Adoption across the enterprise and Independently manage Agile Release trains in distributed environment
- Work closely with Engineers and Architect during Architectural Runway meetings, Sprint & Release Planning.
- Work with product management teams to get minimum viable product MVP to determine early incremental business value with each release.
- Encourage team and drive program level initiatives like Continuous Integration, Refactoring, Pair-programming, Test First etc.
- Manage and contribute to I2M SW capability program - Process elements ( Agile SW playbook, Communication)
- Exhibit Kaizen in mind to unleash teams full potential.
- Promote Continuous integration & continuous delivery with Dev-Ops culture.
- Engage with other teams in the Agile Train, building relationships and helping identify dependencies.
Technical Requirements :
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and integrated tooling landscape.
- Certified SPC, SAFe Agilist, CSM
- At least 2 years experience working in an agile environment, preferably in distributed multisite environment
