- Should have managed customer facing digital applications ( not internal digital applications - the app should be available on IOS / Google playstore ..not an internal APK )

- The Journey should have a purchase transaction say money exchange involved - Payment gateway , Fund transfer, disbursal , UPI etc

- Participate in daily SCRUMs with technical teams

- Writing user stories creating and running storyboards

- Requirements Elicitation and Analysis - Identifies stakeholders and facilitates discussions or workshops with the purpose of eliciting and understanding stakeholder needs, requirements, and priorities

- User Story / Use Case Creation - Working from the features and needs defined by the project vision, identifies User Stories, Task, and Use Cases that describe the scope of the project

- Distil customer business problems into user stories that are consumable within a sprint by an Agile team via an electronic Agile management tool

- Conduct detailed research in order to translate business requirements into precise, high quality user stories or functional specifications

- Features and Requirements Traceability - From project vision through product delivery, facilitates and maintains requirements traceability

- Requirements Verification and Validation - From the baselined requirements create business level user acceptance criteria for each feature

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and their priority

- Hands on knowledge in tools like - JIRA , Confluence etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

- Communication skills, to communicate information effectively and in appropriate forms

- Have a great understanding of UX/UI patterns based on channels (Web/Mobile)

- Proficiency in utilizing the SDLC / Agile methodology for managing projects

- You're familiar with participating in stand ups, retrospectives, demos and sprints

- Work with Developers and business users to gather all required business knowledge to complete design & build

- Domain Knowledge of lending/ collections lifecycle for financial institutions

- Ideally Bachelor in Technology and Post graduate in Management ( if required )

- Minimum 3 years experience in working in a product development team with hands on experience of writing user stories/ grooming with tech vendor

DESIRABLE SKILLS :

- Experience of being part a product development team of any NBFC

- Understanding of Lean Agile approaches

- Understanding of tech development vendor landscape

Job Purpose : The role holder would be responsible to articulate business requirement into user stories / BRD for development and rollout in the market.

Roles and Responsibilities :

13. Fast learner, with the capability to quickly understand requirements with an analytical mindset

14. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills

15. Strong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills

16. Ability to understand and assure good UI / UX

17. Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum framework or equivalent

18. Ability to work as part of a team and independently

19. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

20. Exposure in tools like JIRA , Confluence etc.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

Educational Qualification:

- Include Additional Certification if any Bachelor's in technology preferable

- Postgraduate in Management (if required)

- Relevant Experience Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in BFSI Sector
