Agile Business Analyst - BFS

- Experience in handling large scale Banking transformation projects in (Wholesale and/or Investment Banking areas)

- Candidates who have handled large transformation projects in Global Investment Banks Banks such as DB, CS, GS, Barclays, BNY, SocGen etc.

- Should have experience as a business analyst in the AML/KYC, client lifecycle management domain

- Highly developed understanding of end to end client / customer life cycle management in Commercial and Global banking

- Should have worked as a BA on Fenergo tool as a change BA (Added advantage)

- Experience in digital transformation projects

- Should be able to explain concepts like Requirements gathering techniques, estimation techniques and has experience in building BRDs test plans

- Should demonstrate excellent grasp of the Agile concepts like epics, user stories, etc.

- Should be able to write test cases and Manage end to end UAT (Desirable not must)

- Aware of Design thinking concepts (Desirable not must).
