Job title - Agency Operations

Minimum Qualifications :

- Minimum experience of 5 years in a fast-paced startup, online advertising environment/digital media space strongly preferred;

- Understanding of online and traditional advertising;

- Excellent critical thinking, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to arrive at solutions in a structured manner;

- Excellent communication and presentation skills;

- Flair for collaboration, Demonstrated ability to develop and manage cross functional partnership as well as relationships with internal and external stakeholders in complex and high pressure environment.

Responsibilities :

- Respond to agency Campaign Set-up requests, ensure campaigns are set up as per best practices and guidelines

- Reporting and highlighting deviations in Campaign Set-up, substantiating adherence to best practices with shareable proof points and supporting literature. Spot trends and areas of improvements and showcase the same in monthly reviews

- Assist and educate agency teams on new Product guidelines, eligibility and requirements for a successful campaign set-up. Eg: Preliminary checks for setup of a Branded Content Campaign

- Fulfill Request for Marketing Collateral (Case Studies, Product Literature, Set-up and Best Practice Guides) from the agency teams. This will entail searching repository for the most accurate and relevant publicly available literature which can be shared with the agency teams to fulfill their requirements.

- Help solve Page, Account ID, Brand Handle related issues - Examples: Page Admin related issues (Resolving Access Rights issues)
