Job Title: Sales Training Vertical Lead DST
Reports to: Head Sales Training Delivery
Experience: 15 -18 years of relevant experience in Sales Training. Candidates with insurance sales experience preferred. Minimum 5 Years in DST Channel.
Job Purpose: To be responsible for managing learning needs, Learning Road Map Strategy, Train the Trainer. Long term perspective to Sales Training strategy & alignment with DST Business Head, Training Budget & Effective, Training ROI
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving Learning Strategy through Lead Trainers & Trainers
- Drive Technology adoption in DST Sales Team & all Learners
- SME inputs to Content Development Team for effective Training Modules creation ( E Learning , ILT / VILT )
- Analysis on Products, Processes, publishing insights to Sales Team
- Lead Sales Training Transformation Projects in the Organization
- Creating Value Proposition for Stakeholders in Business in mapped Vertical / Channel
- Liaison with Corporate Office and Central Content Team to provide feedback on Training content requirements for Partner Employees
- Promote & Drive use of technology including e-learning platforms

Required Qualification: Full time Graduate/Postgraduate
Preferred Qualification: MBA, AMFI Certification, Certifications in Financial Planning
