Market Movements &amp; Performance Monitoring : - To effectively capture the need &amp; voice of the customer on Market &amp; Products and provide regular feedback to Product Design Team. - To set up market intelligence capabilities so as to monitor competition movement and their actions. - Driving Actions (Build Relationships; Actions in After Sales). - Driving Market Actions in After Sales as per Mandate of core team. - To develop best practices and learnings &amp; implement the same across country. - To innovate and think of local actions to leverage and build on relationships and thus business. - Prior experience in green field projects related to After Sales - Hands on experience in 3 wheeler industry. - Strong time management/prioritization skills. - Closely follows the EV industry.
