- Dealer Audit on After-sales process Standards mentioned above to ensure Customer Satisfaction; Customer survey rating. Monitor progress on a continuous basis to manage and support overview of Service and Quality Indicators.
- Analyzing statistics and customer feedback data to determine the level of customer service provided by the Service network. Streamlining the service systems and implementing new systems for enhancing efficiency.
- Audit of service quality standards of dealership during the visits and improving the current processes, implemented proper washing process at the dealership
- Develop curriculum, plan and conduct technical and non-technical courses for the service network.
- Conducting new product training for the dealership service personnel and field service people (New Dealer Training and New Product Related Trainings).
- Devise standards; train and implement In-house training cells at dealerships.
- Map and analyze skill gaps and identify training needs; conduct training for the network. Increase training reach; establish and administer Regional training centers
