Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team.

Note : Work Location is Nigeria with Bachelor Status for first year

Salary : Payable in USD & tax free in India

Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), financial trends, and variances.

- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights on business performance.

- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and present findings to senior management.

- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify risks and opportunities.

- Assist in the development of financial budgets and forecasts.

- Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

- Participate in financial audits and provide support during the audit process.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Finance/Accounting

- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst

- Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques and financial modeling.

- Proficiency in MS Excel.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

- Professional certification such as CA/CPA is a plus.
