Competencies Required:

- 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in a PE/VC/Boutique Firm or Multi-National Investment bank

- Experience in Corporate Finance/M&A divisions of an Indian corporate or a Funded start-up

- Preferred knowledge about the startup ecosystem

- Qualification: MBA Finance/CA/CFA.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintain Relationships with the wider investing community - Venture capital, Growth investors, Private equity, Strategy Investors, HNI Investors and others.

- Build out a network of well-connected investors, supporters and advisors that can help broaden the reach of our fundraising efforts.

- Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support. Perform financial reporting, and operational metrics tracking.

- Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.

- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.

- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including Investment Bankers, PE funds, Credit Funds, Investment houses, 3rd party capital raising firms.

- Researching for prospective investors, PE funds, SPACs and Investment houses globally.

- Deal sourcing, opportunity evaluation (through business & financial analysis), drafting term sheet, definitive documentation.

- Provide assistance for all transactions, portfolio analysis, and all account internal and external reporting requirements.

- Proactively identifying and prioritizing multiple investment opportunities and projects

- Manage Funds/Capital and liaison with portfolio and sister companies for MIS reporting, performance analysis and other related activities.
