About the Role We are looking for a sales person who can sell jobs to candidates who are NOT looking out for an opportunity. Requirements - 4-7 years of recruitment experience - Should have experience in hiring candidates with new age IT technologies/ experience in hiring Inside Sales candidates (Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives etc) - Hands on experience with various selection processes. Taking the candidates through Telephonic interviews, Written assessments, Face to face interviews etc - Experience in identifying candidates from various sourcing channels portals, linkedin & through social media - Should possess skills in maintaining data & to generate reports of daily reports to annual reports - Should have good interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and work on multiple requirements, managing stake holders & engaging the candidates Roles & Responsibilites - Identify all candidates with high profiles and analyze all business requirements for organization and assist in recruitment - Identify appropriate sourcing channels for all profile and track database and develop good professional relationships - Develop procedures to maintain all candidates with help of all professional and social network and perform search on all websites and maintain knowledge on all trends and sourcing - Coordinate with all departments and assist in placing appropriate job postings and monitor all candidates for positions and ensure compliance to all hiring guidelines - Administer and maintain Applicant racking System and update status for all candidates. - Assist in recruitment of appropriate candidate and ensure highest quality of all candidates and maintain professional processes for all internal and external clients. - Perform all data entry and maintain accuracy - Manage all employment requisitions for hiring managers and assist too develop and update effective job advertisements for all candidates - Manage all communication with all hiring managers and candidates
