Job Description - Senior Manager, Finance   This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an entrepreneur organization with strong plans for growth.  Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing financial accounting and corporate reporting (including audit and tax compliance) and budgeting & forecasting. In addition, you will also implement and maintain appropriate internal controls and drive business process improvement.  Main responsibilities:  Oversee monthly and quarterly closing and timely reporting  Good control over trail Balance.  Prepare timely, accurate financial and management accounting reports / financial analysis .  Drive stronger internal controls with external stakeholders including auditors, tax agents and government agencies; assess and implement any changes necessary.   Ensure accounting policies and procedures are followed and providing recommendations to improve financial controls and processes.  Develop and train accounting personnel to ensure all accounting, control, financial and reporting functions are carried out in a timely and professional manner.  Assist inpreparation of reporting packages and provide guidance on accounting, tax and audit issues, reconciliation of monthly inter company balances and transactions.  Coordinate and liaise with auditors for annual statutory audit as well as preparation and review of statutory financial statements .  Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports as required by senior leadership.  Requirements:  This role requires a highly flexible candidate with a willingness to roll up his/her sleeves to get things done. The successful candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 5 years experience, preferably with big 4 training background and followed by at least 4 years of relevant experience preferably with established MNCs  Out of the box thinking a must! Resilient and able to work under pressure.  A hands-on manager with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast faced environment  Ability to work independently in complex unstructured situations with minimal supervision, while demonstrating initiative and good judgment  Meticulous with strong analytical skills  Strong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding expectations  Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks and work flows and ensure that deliverables are understood and achieved  Strong team player and self-motivated with excellent people management, interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills  Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.   Experience in or with Online Marketing/Tech/Software/E-commerce industries considered a plus
