We're on a search for a Business Development Lead (Skills & Education - Employment), with the following attributes:

Responsibilities:

- Champion a new product/ business launch, look at partnerships and go-to-market strategies

- Driving vertical KPIs for partnerships, distribution KPIs and monetization for quarterly and annual planning exercise

- Influence and assist on product roadmap with cross-functional stakeholders to drive effective acquisition and marketing strategies for B2B2C

- Build and mentor a team of BD individuals to deliver effective outcome

You will be a great match if you:

- 8+ years of experience, with significant experience in early stage go-to-market journey for a B2B/B2C /B2B2C product

- Business P&L ownership, partnerships or customer growth experience

- Have experience handling teams

- Analytical and problem solving attitude, bias for action and experiments, and a proven track record of business outcomes
