Position Summary: The client is looking for an exceptional individual to help grow and manage the client's presence across the social media, influencer and affiliate landscape. It is an exciting opportunity to work in a small entrepreneurial team consisting of marketers, designers, sales executives, content experts and directors. You would be required to drive our social media practice, grow and maintain our community of influencers and followers, nurture affiliate marketing initiative and create insight-driven opportunities for the brand. Responsibilities: - Affiliate &amp; Referral Sales Strategy - Identify and recruit new affiliates through various approaches including social networks, marketplace sites, etc. - Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates - Maintain direct communication and recommend new campaigns for affiliates, influencers and provide performance feedback - Community - Own responsive messaging and follower communications across social media channels, and Facebook Messenger Bot. - Engage in daily brand conversations across our social media channels. - Assist in customer care related conversations, in partnership with the Customer Service team. - Analytics - Track audience engagement, reach and referrals back to the client - Conduct monthly performance analyses of our social media, referral and affiliates platforms to identify engagement, growth, and effectiveness. - Create actionable insights to better inform and optimize each campaign - Social Media Strategy - Schedule and publish all social media postings. - Manage and continually optimize Quantra's social strategies across YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, in order to keep up with the ever-evolving social media landscape. - Identify and onboard emerging social media platforms, technologies and opportunities fo the brand. - Work closely with both paid and earned media teams to amplify our organic social media efforts. - Work cross-functionally to best support brand marketing and product efforts. Requirements: At least one of the two is mandatory: - Marketing, editorial, advertising, or social media experience (at least 2 years preferred) with proven records in terms of traffic and revenue generation. - At least one year of experience within the affiliate industry, preferably within the e-learning sector with proven records in terms of sales and revenue generation.
