- Affiliate marketing experience in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia is required.
- Develop annual affiliate campaign management and its execution calendar.
- Own, develop and deliver an affiliate sales strategy across the UK, Canada, Australia, Europe and other international markets to drive revenue growth through affiliate marketing and meet business targets.
- The capability to work across varying time zones and cultures is needed.
- Monitor affiliate activity, performance analysis, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate- generated revenues.
- Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers.
- Prioritize execution strategy based on revenue potential. Motivate affiliates to provide maximum exposure and revenues.
- Run well-conceived A/B testing to help optimize affiliate campaigns and their sales.
- Promote Affiliate programs in all relevant affiliate directories, forums.
- Communicate with affiliates via email and telephone.
- Optimize all aspects of affiliate program through established and new networks.
- Implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI.
- Daily affiliate management including ongoing development and deployment of fresh marketing creatives, affiliate communications, offers, affiliate payments, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure that each market produce and follow seasonal and campaign plans, overall partner outreach, market positioning and branding across all affiliates
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of affiliate campaigns to ensure maximum ROI is achieved. Analyse affiliate performance and develop key metrics.
- Find new top-level affiliates with high levels of relevant traffic, targeted mailing lists etc. Negotiate commercial deals and media buying.
- Initiate new campaign ideas, including incentivization and bonuses for the program.
