KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Role Overview:

- The person would be closely working with the Director HR and other Business heads to achieve the specific strategic objectives outlined by the senior management. The role requires excellent multi tasking abilities, analytical acumen, ability to take initiatives, implement new processes, strong attention to detail, work under stringent deadlines as well as aggregating and interpreting data.

- The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges facing the senior management. The ideal candidate should have proven abilities in business acumen; financial analysis, project valuation, data comprehension & inference development; project management & team working.

Typical Duties:

- To support Director HR in day to day functions of HR Department

- Developing Short and Long term strategies of HR department in line with the corporate strategy

- Formulate, develop and drive company level HR Change Initiatives

- Assist Director HR in Compensation Benchmarking through a proper analysis of the competitors in the market

(These Key Responsibilities are illustrative; The incumbent will be required to perform any other duties as may be assigned by his superiors from time to time.)

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Essential Qualification: Engineering Graduate

Preferred Qualification: MBA/PG in Human Resources

Experience: 3-9 Years of Experience, preferably in Infrastructure Industry

- Exposure to dynamic , fast growing environment particularly in a large/multi-unit corporate; extensive network/ contacts/ corporate relations would be an added advantage

Age: Upto-35 Years
