This is a unique role which offers insight into various operational and technical facets of Infrastructure Construction. Roles & responsibilities: 1. Develop the annual strategy for the Technical Services Group along with the ED-T, various Head of Departments and Strategy team 2. Identify an initiative within the ED-Ts portfolio and drive it across the organisation 3. Support the ED-T in driving Operational Excellence initiatives across the organisation 4. Research and guide the ED-T in identifying latest business and technology developments to improve internal processes 5. Follow up with the various Departments for implementation of Strategy initiatives and mid-year review. 6. Support the ED-T in project coordination related activities 7. Support the ED-T in various reviews (Monthly Project reviews and Department reviews) 8. Preparing various presentations for the ED-T for internal and external stakeholders Functional competencies: 1. Exposure to and understanding of the nuances in crafting business strategy 2. Working knowledge of construction processes and activities 3. Good awareness of recent developments in construction and technology 4. Confident in interacting and following up with Senior Executives 5. Excellent command over MS Excel and Power-point Behavioural competencies: 1. Demonstrated Leadership 2. Mindset of continuous improvement 3. Ability to communicate concisely and briefly (written and spoken) 4. Belief in collaboration and raising the bar together 5. Ability to balance among multiple priorities Applicants with Engineering (Mechanical / Civil) background and 5-6 years experience in Infrastructure / Construction Industry will be preferred.
